Joseph Oliveiri
Joseph Oliveiri, back when he was chipleader after the dinner break.

The first game at the final table was Razz, and in the first hand, Oliveiri got it all in with an ace showing against chipleader Dylan Smith with a three.

Dylan Smith:  (Ax9x)  3x
Joseph Oliveiri:  (Qx5x)  Ax

At that point, the dealer put out the rest of their hands, with the final card face down.

Dylan Smith:  (Ax9x)  3x10xKx5x  (Xx)
Joseph Oliveiri:  (Qx5x)  Ax7xJx9x  (Xx)

Smith had a 10-9 to Oliveira’s J-9, so Oliveiri needed to improve to stay alive. But Smith got a 4x on seventh to clinch the pot with a 9-5, and Oliveiri was drawing dead with his best possible hand being a 9-7.

Oliveiri’s meaningless final card was a Jx, and Smith won the pot to eliminate Oliveiri in seventh place.

Dylan Smith  –  700,000  (29 BB)
Joseph Oliveiri  –  Eliminated in 7th Place  ($1,570)

With six players remaining from a field of 67, the average chip stack is around 279,000 (12 Big Bets). The remaining players are guaranteed at least $1,830 each.
