The Venom Vault is open again at ACR Poker, and every eligible player has a free key. It runs from August 3rd to August 30th with no empty doors behind it. Every key wins, and the best door hides a $2,650 seat in the $15 Million Dual Mystery Bounty Venoms.

The floor and the ceiling sit a long way apart. A key can return a Survivor Flip Step ticket worth $0.80, or the Golden Ticket itself. Find the Vault under My Account in the client: use a key, pick a door.

ACR has run this promotion six times and published every prize it has ever handed out. Those numbers say more about the Vault than any promo page will.

What Is Behind the Venom Vault Doors

Two prize types, one guaranteed outcome per key.

ACR publishes four Survivor Flip ticket levels. Its promotional briefing puts the rungs at $6, $46 and $350, with a win at the top level converting into a full Venom ticket.

Survivor Flips are fast eight-player sit and gos where the last player standing takes the ticket to the next rung.

A mid-tier Vault prize is therefore a starting position on a ladder that ends at the same place as the Golden Ticket.

Every Way to Earn Extra Keys

One free key per eligible account is the baseline. Everything beyond it is bought or earned.

Buying is the blunt route: $2.99 per key, or 300 Combat Points per key.

There is a catch on that second option. Combat Points only exist inside the Elite Benefits programme, and anyone on the flat 27% rakeback deal is excluded from Elite Benefits by default. Our review explains how Elite Benefits rakeback works.

Combat Points redeem at 100 to the dollar, so 300 of them is worth $3. Buying a key with points costs fractionally more than buying it with cash.

Points are the cashable currency of Elite Benefits, so spending them on a key is spending rakeback you already earned. Only a challenge key is genuinely free.

Anyone grinding on a default deal is leaving both on the table.

Earning is the better route, and this is the part the promo copy tends to skip. Twelve challenges are live, and they are worth wildly different amounts.

The referral and the royal flush are the outliers at ten keys each. The cash game and Blitz hand challenges at three keys apiece are the most repeatable value for anyone already putting in volume.

The 7-2 Rule Finally Pays

Two rules govern the hand challenges. The win has to come at a postflop showdown, so preflop folds do not count, and the order of your hole cards does not matter.

Flashing 7-2 after everyone folds preflop earns nothing but a reputation.

ACR frames the challenges as running throughout the promotion and publishes no ceiling on how many keys a single account can collect.

The Vault Has Awarded 459,499 Prizes: Here Is the Breakdown

ACR has published the complete prize history from the six previous Venom Vault runs. It is an unusually open set of numbers for a promotion of this kind.

Read the top line before the bottom one. 90.3% of every prize the Vault has ever awarded was the bottom-rung Step 1 ticket, so the realistic outcome of your free key is a $0.80 flip ticket, not a seat.

Every key awards exactly one prize, so those counts are also key counts. A Golden Ticket landed 188 times in 459,499 openings, or roughly once every 2,444 keys.

Price that mix against the Survivor Flip ladder and the average key has returned somewhere between $2.70 and $3.00 in face value. Keys cost $2.99.

Three things belong with that range.

None of that touches the free key. It costs nothing and every door pays, so there is no argument against opening it.

Buying keys at $2.99 is the separate decision, and on this evidence it has historically been close to level money on face value.

Fire more than one Day 1 and the qualifying stacks combine for Day 2. Previous editions are a decent guide to what a Venom seat can turn into for anyone who runs deep.

If the Vault Does Not Hand You a Seat

The Vault is one route among many. Venom Fever has been running since July 13th and guarantees more than 1,500 seats before it closes with the Vault.

The Vault locks shut on Sunday, August 30th, the same day as Day 1H, and any keys left unused at that point expire with it. The free one is already sitting in your account.
