Introducing the Bar Poker Open “PRO-AM,” a revolutionary event launched in 2023 to seamlessly merge the our Bar Poker Open community with the prestigious realm of professional poker. 2023 was an overwhelming success, but we only scratched the surface of how successful this event can be!
With a $1,000 Buy-In, 40-minute blinds, and the excitement of a televised final table, this event promises unparalleled thrills and opportunities for both seasoned pros and enthusiastic amateurs alike.
Last year’s tournament soared to nearly $200,000 in prizes, drawing nearly 200 players from all across the globe. The event included renowned poker pros and passionate bar poker open players, and over 50 free-roll qualifiers! Check out our televised final table here!
Building on this success, we aim to elevate the experience further by qualifying at least 60 players through online qualifiers, with an additional 24 seats up for grabs in exclusive cash game drawings at the Golden Nugget during the Bar Poker Open festivities.
We understand, for most of us, $1,000 is above our budget for a poker tournament.
That is why we plan to qualify more than 50 players into this event in the Month of May!
All members have an equal chance to secure their spot in the tournament, following a familiar “2 Step” Qualification process, similar to of our famed Vegas Packages and Championship Seats competitions!
Please note: The $1,000 seats won, do not include accommodation or travel expenses.
So, how can you qualify?
For Basic Members:
Step 1:
Earn a Token Secure a token by finishing in the Top 3 at a local bar event or online tournament.
Step 2:
Redeem Your Token Beginning Sunday, May 4th, join us every Sunday at 11 AM (Eastern Time) for “Step 2: $1,000 PRO-AM Qualifiers,” with a 3-token entry requirement.
For PRO Members:
Step 1:
Earn a Token
– Win A token by placing in the Top 3 at a bar event, or
– Online: Finish Top 10% in any of the 8 “PRO: Step 1” tournaments daily
– Level Up Your Token Bankroll in the “Token Survivors” Daily @ 7PM, 9PM, & 11PM
– Special “PRO-AM Qualifier” Satellite Tournaments Daily @ 9:30 PM.. Top 10% Win PRO-AM Qualifier Tickets!
