Day 1A Entries:  490

Tony Sinishtaj
Tony Sinishtaj won this event back in 2017, earning $661,283.

After a flop of KcJc3c with 5,500 in the pot, 2017 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown champion Tony Sinishtaj checked under the gun, and Glenn Becker moved all in from the hijack for 9,900.

Sinishtaj tanked for a while before he said, “I’ll gamble,” and he called with Jd9d for a pair of jacks.

Becker turned over KdQh for a pair of kings, and needed it to hold to stay alive.

The turn card was the 10h, the river card was the Qs, and the gamble paid for Sinishtaj as he caught a runner-runner king-high straight to win the pot and eliminate Becker.
