In the first hand of heads-up play, Richard Seymour raised to 1,300,000, and Ian Cohen called from the big blind.

Both players checked to the turn on a board of Jc10s8h5d, Cohen bet 2,400,000, and Seymour quickly called.

The river card was the 4d, Cohen bet 7,500,000, and Seymour used his last Time Chip to tank for a while before he folded. Cohen took the pot to increase his lead.
