Event 1 Flight C: Jorge Rivera Leads the Field Near the Money Bubble

$600 Deep Stack No-Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry)
$1,000,000 Guaranteed | Structure
Level 15:  2,000/4,000 with a 4,000 ante
Flight C Players Remaining:  66 of 447

Gil Levy and Lucas Jumalon and Jorge Rivera
The top three chipleaders in this field — Gil Levy (left), Lucas Jumalon (center), and Jorge Rivera (right) — are all seated next to each other.

The players return from break to begin Level 15, with increased blinds of 2,000-4,000 with a 4,000 ante.

A scan of the field during the break turned up four players with at least 300K in chips:

1.  Jorge Rivera  –  368,000  (92 bb)
2.  Gil Levy  –  337,000  (84 bb)
3.  Lucas Jumalon  –  308,000  (77 bb)
4.  Mauricio Ameller  –  301,000  (75 bb)

Surprisingly, the three chipleaders are all seated side-by-side-by-side at the same table.

With 66 players remaining, the average chip stack is around 135,000 (34 big blinds).

This flight will play as many 30-minute levels as it takes to reach the final 56 players, which will also be the Money Bubble. Everybody who bags chips for Day 2 will finish in the money.
