During a Pot-Limit Omaha hand, Joseph Olivieri folded his button, Phil Hui raised to 30,000 from the small blind with 43K total. Ryan Hoenig took a quick look in the big blind and put Hui all in.

Hui was ahead with pair of fives but Hoenig hit every card on the 
flop. Hui had an open-ended straight draw but blanked the 
turn and Hoenig made an overkill full house on the 
river to send Hui out.
