Alex Foxen raised from the hijack to 50,000, and Byron Kaverman called from the big blind.

The flop came AdJs9s, Kaverman checked, Foxen bet 25,000, and Kaverman called.

The turn card was the 7s, Kaverman checked, Foxen moved all in, and Kaverman called all in for about 65,000 with KsQh for a king-high flush drew with a gutshot straight draw. Foxen turned over 9h9d for a set of nines, and Kaverman needed a ten or a spade (but not the ace of spades) to stay alive.

The river card was the 6h, and Foxen won the pot with his set of nines to eliminate Kaverman in 12th place.

Alex Foxen  –  1,300,000
Byron Kaverman  –  Eliminated
