Action continues on Thursday, July 25, 2024 with Day 1D on deck. This is the fourth of eight flights to try to secure a piece of the record-setting NTD 31,000,000 (~USD 1 Million) guarantee.

After three starters, the field has now grown to 2,067 entries. At this pace, the ambitious guarantee will likely be ripped to pieces. Buy in is a very affordable NTD 9,000 (~USD 280).

For those unfamiliar with the festival, the Taiwan Millions Tournament is a homegrown event organized by the Chinese Texas Hold’em Poker Association (CTP Club). Due to its low buy-ins, it has gained immense popularity, leading to unprecedented Main Event prize pools. Although primarily attended by Taiwanese players, the organizers have held Day 1 flights at three international locations to encourage more global participation. For its 16th edition, a record prize pool of NTD 31 million is on the table.
