Poker Dream enters the final day at New World Hoiana Resort with the thrilling conclusion of the Main Event. Attracting 752 entries, portions of the VN₫ 21.685,320,000 (~USD 852,670) prize pool were claimed at yesterday’s Day 2.

Today will determine who will win the largest cut of VN₫ 4,030,000,000 (~USD 158,460) and capture the newest Poker Dream Main Event Dragon trophy. The final 16 are all guaranteed a minimum of The final 16 are all guaranteed VN₫ 181,800,000 (~USD 7,150). Track the action via the SMP Live Updates starting at 1pm.

As the Main Event keeps everyone in suspense, the last of the trophies on the mantle will also be in contention. The Monster Stack event drew 283 entries to double up the guarantee for a richer VN₫ 3.7 Billion (~USD 145,500) prize pool. Returning for the title-chase are 44 players with the top three spot occupied by Korean players Lee Junghyun, Wang Jingi, and Lim Seyoon.

Also running today is the Mini Main Event with two flight offered to join. This is one of the most coveted titles of any poker event. Flight A kicked off at 12pm with registration closing at approximately 3:30pm. This is joined by Flight B Hyper Turbo at 3pm with registration closing at 4:45pm. Buy in is VN₫ 12 Million (~USD 515).

For one final chance at glory, the Mini High Roller event kicks off at 4pm with a buy in of VN₫ 40 Million (~USD 1,715).

Teams Event

One of the most exciting side events is the Poker Dream High Stakes Teams Event which has been running under the radar since the start of the festival. The final showdown takes place at 4pm. Team 3 – representing Hong Kong is in the lead. The players are Yau Chak Fung, Wong Kwok Wai, Wong Ka Fai, and Chan Cho Hin. They slighlty edge Team 9 made up of Malaysians Leong Juns, Thoo Ming Ken, Yong Wai Keong, and You Jun Hong.

The winner of this event will lift one of the new Poker Dream Dragon Trophy.
