The World Series of Poker has revealed the schedule for the 2026 WSOP Paradise, which will run December 2 through December 17. It will be in the Bahamas, as usual, but has moved from Atlantis Paradise Island to the Baha Mar resort.
WSOP Paradise will consist of 20 gold bracelet events and over $120 million in guaranteed prize pools. The highlight tournament is Event #13: $26,000 WSOP Paradise Super Main Event, which comes with a $50 million guarantee. It has three starting flights, though the schedule is a little bit different than the usual multi-flight tourney. Flight A is on December 10, but rather than Flight B coming the next day, itâs the second day for those who make it through that first flight. Flight B is on December 12, Flight C is December 13, and then the survivors from both play in Flight 2BC on December 14.
The more traditional Main Event is called the $10,000 GGMillion$ No-Limit Holdâem Championship. Again with a slightly different type of schedule, the Championship sits early in the two weeks, with the first of three starting flights kicking off on December 5.
On top of the money and bracelets at stake, WSOP Paradise will decide the 2026 Player of the Year race. Shaun Deeb, a perennial POY grinder and two-time winner (2018, 2025), used a strong finish to the traditional WSOP in Las Vegas to enter WSOP Paradise atop the leaderboard. He finished 15th in the $10,000 Main Event and 8th in $25,000 High Roller H.O.R.S.E., good for 599 points.
Itâs a very tight race, though. Deebâs 3,410 total points put him just barely ahead of double bracelet winner Naoya Kihara (3,388) and William Foxen (3,381).
Deeb may have an advantage down the final stretch. Playersâ top 15 scores count toward their total and Deeb has three scores of fewer than five points each. Thus, he has a great opportunity to knock some almost non-existent scores off of his ledger, should he do well in some of the events.
Kihara and Foxen also have some low scores, but not as many single-digit tallies as Deeb – he seems to have more room for improvement.
