Willie Wiggins tries to wrangle up a massive pot

It’s never a boring time around a Willie Wiggins table, and together with a few tablemates, they created a pretty ridiculous, epic pot.

It was four-ways to a Qh6h2c flop when things went huge. Pasquale Caiazza checked, Willie Wiggins checked, and Joel Gola moved all in for 220,000. Matthew Baker moved all in for slightly more and Caiazza folded.

Wiggins thought for a bit and called for a massive pot that took a little while to get all the math straight for the main and side pots.

Gola was the shortest stack and in most trouble with QsJh for top pair jack kicker. Baker was looking good for a near-triple-up with KdQc, the same top pair with a king kicker.

Wiggins showed Ah2h for a pair of deuces, flush draw, and overcard ace.

The Qd took away some outs from Wiggins, but the 5h river completed his heart flush to give him the huge pot. Baker and Gola were sent out while Wiggins moved back into the lead.

Willie Wiggins – 1,660,000 (277 bb)
Matthew Baker  –  Eliminated in 38th Place ($1,000)
Joel Gola  –  Eliminated in 39th Place ($1,000)

To make things even more interesting, soon after, Wiggins was moved to Table 45 with Ivan Marynych and Jamar Brown. Three of the top stacks remaining are now at one table.
