Main Event#2 Day1B Recap
Yun Chen How bagged the most chips for Day1B with 269,000 chips moving into Day2. A total of 58 entries vied for the chance to win a chunk of the $500,000 guaranteed prize pool of the Won Poker Cup Main Event.
The day started late with 4 players triggering the shuffle up and deal command from the tournament director Jimmy Chun. However, entering level 13, there were only 10 players left so it was decided that the day would end at Level 15 as scheduled or when 9 players remained. At this point action significantly slowed down and players tried their best to make the three 40-minute levels remaining. Alas, at Level 14, Kevin JR was the essential “bubble” of the day that ended the flight.
